Everything delegates usually ask
Registration for the 2026 edition is US$50 / ₹3,000 per paper. That single fee covers publication with a CrossRef DOI, the ISBN proceedings volume in soft copy, your e-certificate and your presentation slot. There is no separate article processing charge at any later stage.
Yes, if they want an individual e-certificate and a joining link. One author must present the paper; co-authors may attend as listeners.
Session links and the final schedule are sent on 27 October 2026 to the email address in your registration record.
Yes. Register under the listener category to attend all sessions and receive a participation certificate.
Twelve pages in the IMCCRT 2026 template, including figures, tables and references. Short papers of four to six pages are also accepted.
Below 15% overall, with no single source contributing more than 5%. Papers above this are returned before review.
Normally seven days from the submission deadline. Acceptance decisions for the 2026 edition are issued by 17 October.

Yes. Every published article receives a CrossRef DOI under prefix 10.55529 and a permanent article page.
The journals are open access, CrossRef-registered and preserved through CLOCKSS, LOCKSS and the PKP Preservation Network. Indexing status varies by journal and is stated on each journal's own page — check there rather than relying on a general claim.
Ten minutes, followed by three minutes of questions. Slides should be in 16:9 and shared from your own screen.
Yes. Tell the programme committee when you submit and your paper will be presented and certified but not forwarded for publication.
Pre-recorded presentations are accepted if requested before 25 October. Certificates are issued on the same terms.
Within seven days of the conference, by email, to every registered author and delegate.
No. The conference is fully virtual, so there is no travel, accommodation or visa requirement.
You do not. There is no payment step anywhere in this conference. Treat any request for payment claiming to be from IMCCRT as fraudulent and report it to the organising desk.
Yes, at any point before the camera-ready deadline. Write to the organising desk quoting your paper ID.
You do. Articles are published under a CC BY 4.0 licence and authors retain full copyright.
