That is the point of this conference. Choose the track that best describes your primary contribution and mention the secondary area in your submission message — the technical programme committee will assign reviewers from both fields wherever possible.
Genuinely cross-cutting work can also be submitted to the multidisciplinary track, which is published in the Journal of Multidisciplinary Cases.
If your subject area does not appear in any track, write to the technical programme committee with a short description of the work and a proposed abstract. Additional sessions are opened when there is sufficient interest.
