All 26 HM Publishers journals confirmed for conference publication
Accepted papers will be routed to the subject-matched journal on journal.hmjournals.com and published free of cost with a CrossRef DOI.

Registration
Registration confirmed free for every delegate category
There is no registration fee for authors, co-authors, listeners or student delegates in the 2026 edition. E-certificates are issued to all registered participants.

Keynote speaker announcements begin this month
Invitations to keynote and invited speakers have been issued. Confirmed profiles will be published on the speakers page as acceptances are received.

Abstract deadline — final reminder
Abstract submission closes at 23:59 IST. Authors who miss the abstract window may still submit a full paper by 10 September.
Deadline extensions, if granted, are announced here first and emailed to authors with an active submission. Add new entries at the top of this list.
