Indicative schedule. Final session allocations and joining links are circulated on 27 October to every registered delegate.

| 11:15 – 13:00 IST | Parallel technical sessions — Round 1 Tracks 1–6. Ten-minute presentations with three minutes of questions. |
| 13:00 – 13:45 IST | Break Informal networking rooms remain open. |
| 13:45 – 14:30 IST | Keynote address II Plenary talk on interdisciplinary research practice. |
| 14:30 – 16:30 IST | Parallel technical sessions — Round 2 Tracks 7–12, including the doctoral colloquium. |
| 16:30 – 17:15 IST | Panel discussion Publication ethics, open access and research integrity. |
| 17:15 – 18:00 IST | Valedictory & best paper awards Session chair reports, awards and closing remarks. |

All times are Indian Standard Time (UTC+5:30). A converted schedule for major time zones is sent with the joining link.
Presentation length
Ten minutes for the presentation and three minutes for questions. Session chairs keep to time strictly.
Best paper awards
One best paper per track, selected by session chairs on presentation quality and research contribution.
