IMCCRT 2026 is a fully virtual conference. Everything you need to join, present and participate from wherever you are.
A conference with no travel attached
IMCCRT 2026 runs entirely online on 30 September 2026. There is no physical venue, no travel cost, no accommodation to book and no visa to apply for — which is exactly why the delegate list looks the way it does.
Sessions run on a standard video conferencing platform. You will receive a personal joining link on 27 September, along with your session time, track room and the name of your session chair.

What you need on the day
A device with a camera
Laptop or desktop preferred. Presenters need screen sharing, which is limited on some mobile apps.
Stable internet
2 Mbps upload is comfortable. Use a wired connection if you can, and close other bandwidth-heavy applications.
Slides in 16:9
PDF or PPTX. Keep to eight to twelve slides for a ten-minute talk.
Ten minutes early
Join your track room before your session begins so the chair can confirm your audio.
Where the conference is run from
The conference secretariat operates from the HM Publishers office in Yavatmal, Maharashtra. Correspondence, certificates and publication queries are all handled from here.

Not applicable — and that is the point
Because IMCCRT 2026 is fully virtual, delegates need no flights, no hotel booking and no visa letter. If your institution requires a formal participation letter for records or leave approval, the secretariat will issue one on request after registration.
If you need a physical venue
Institutions hosting a group of delegates sometimes arrange a viewing room on campus. The secretariat can supply a single institutional joining link for such setups — write to us at least a week in advance.
