How to submit your abstract and full paper to IMCCRT 2026, what happens after submission, and the camera-ready checklist.

Submissions are accepted by email or through the online submission form. Either route enters the same review workflow — use whichever is more convenient.
By email
Attach your manuscript as a .docx file and write to the submission desk with your name, affiliation, track and paper title in the message body.

Complete the submission form with author details, abstract and track, then upload your manuscript.
Go to the form- Manuscript is in the IMCCRT 2026 template
- Abstract is 250–300 words with 4–6 keywords
- Similarity index is below 15%
- All co-authors have approved the submission
- Author names removed from the review copy
- References formatted in APA 7th edition
- Figures are legible at 300 dpi
- Correct track selected

What happens next
Acknowledgement
You receive a paper ID within 48 hours. Quote it in all further correspondence.
Similarity check
Every manuscript is screened. Papers above 15% similarity are returned before review.
Review
Two or more double-blind reviews, normally completed within seven days.
Decision
Acceptance, revision request or rejection, with consolidated reviewer comments.
Camera-ready
Upload the revised manuscript with a point-by-point response by 25 September.
Presentation & publication
Present on 30 September; publication with DOI follows from mid-October.

Full paper deadline: 10 September 2026. Registration is free and can be completed after acceptance.
