Include in the body of the email
- Corresponding author name, email, affiliation and country
- Names and affiliations of all co-authors
- Conference track
- Paper title, abstract of 250–300 words, and 4–6 keywords
Attach
- The full manuscript in .docx format (PDF optional, in addition)
- Figures legible at 300 dpi, references in APA 7th edition
- A plagiarism report, if your institution requires one
What happens next
Acknowledgement
You receive a paper ID within 48 hours. Quote it in all further correspondence.
Similarity check
Every manuscript is screened. Papers above 15% similarity are returned before review.
Review
Two or more double-blind reviews, normally completed within seven days.
Decision
Acceptance, revision request or rejection, with consolidated reviewer comments.
Camera-ready
Upload the revised manuscript with a point-by-point response by 25 October.
Presentation & publication
Present on 30–31 October; publication with DOI follows from mid-November.

Full paper deadline: 10 October 2026. Registration is US$50 / ₹3,000 per paper and is completed after acceptance.
