Terms & conditions
The terms that apply to submission, registration, presentation and publication.
Submission
By submitting, you confirm that the work is original, is not under consideration elsewhere, and that every listed author has contributed substantively and approved the submission. Submissions with a similarity index above 15% are returned without review.
Review and acceptance
All submissions undergo double-blind peer review. Editorial decisions are final. Acceptance for presentation does not by itself guarantee publication: the camera-ready manuscript must address reviewer comments to the satisfaction of the publication chair.
Registration
Registration for the 2026 edition is free in every category. Registration is required to receive a presentation slot, joining link and certificate. The conference does not collect payment at any stage — report any request for payment claiming to be from IMCCRT to the secretariat immediately.
Presentation
Presenting authors must attend their allotted session or arrange a pre-recorded presentation before 25 September 2026. Papers that are neither presented nor pre-recorded are withdrawn from the programme and from publication.
Publication
Accepted papers are published under a CC BY 4.0 licence in an HM Publishers journal. Authors retain copyright. Published articles receive a CrossRef DOI and cannot be removed once registered; corrections and retractions follow COPE guidance.
Withdrawal
Papers may be withdrawn without penalty at any time before the camera-ready deadline by writing to the secretariat with the paper ID. Withdrawal after publication is not possible; a retraction notice is issued instead where warranted.
Programme changes
The organising committee may alter session timings, speaker line-up or the platform used, and will notify registered delegates by email. The conference date itself will not change except in exceptional circumstances.
Conduct
Delegates are expected to behave professionally in all sessions and networking rooms. The organising committee may remove any participant engaging in harassment or disruptive conduct.
