How the conference secretariat handles the personal data you share with us.
What we collect
When you submit a paper or register as a delegate we collect your name, email address, affiliation, country, co-author details and the manuscript itself. Nothing else is collected, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
- To operate the review process and communicate decisions
- To schedule presentations and send joining links
- To issue certificates with correct names and affiliations
- To publish accepted papers, where publication metadata becomes public by design
Who sees it
Manuscripts are shared with reviewers under double-blind conditions, with author identity withheld. Author metadata for accepted papers is shared with HM Publishers and deposited with CrossRef as part of DOI registration. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Submission records are retained for three years for editorial and audit purposes. Published article metadata is permanent by the nature of scholarly publishing and cannot be withdrawn once a DOI has been registered.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your unpublished submission data at any time by writing to imccrt@hmjournals.com. Requests are actioned within 30 days.
